Refund policy

All MissAilin Jewelry pieces are handmade to order and are considered custom/personalized items. As such, all sales are final and items are non-returnable.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

•The item arrived damaged or defective

•You received the wrong item

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at MissAilinJewelry@gmail.com with photos of the damage. The return address in Ukraine will be provided upon approval. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

European Union: Custom and personalized items are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds: If a return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
